Ukrainian manufacturers are increasingly entering international markets. However, one of the key challenges remains finding and developing professionals who can drive export activities, build relationships with international partners, and open new markets.
To address this challenge, the Grow Global program has been launched — a practical educational initiative designed for Ukrainian companies that are already exporting or planning to enter European Union markets.
The program offers three participation formats. Companies can recruit a new export development specialist who will receive comprehensive training in international sales and ESG practices, enhance the qualifications of a newly hired employee responsible for export development, or provide training opportunities for existing team members and business owners involved in international sales.
Participants will gain access to the Export Academy: EU Edition, an international B2B sales training program, ESG education, and individual mentoring sessions with international experts. Upon completion, companies will be able to strengthen their export function, develop a market entry plan for EU countries, and acquire practical tools for expanding international sales.
Grow Global is designed for companies that are planning to scale exports to EU markets, preparing to enter European markets, looking for an export manager, or seeking to systematically strengthen their international business development capabilities.
Companies interested in learning more about the program are invited to join the Grow Global Information Day. During the session, participants will learn about the available participation formats, selection criteria, the process of preparing export specialists, and will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the program team.
