As part of Industry Forum Lviv, members of the Lviv Furniture Cluster continue to share practical experience in business development, international market expansion, and building competitive advantages for Ukrainian manufacturing.
One of the forum speakers was Taras Prystupa, CEO of Meblevyi Park and a member of the Lviv Furniture Cluster. During his presentation, he spoke about the company’s development, the creation of an export ecosystem, and the opportunities currently available to Ukrainian furniture manufacturers in European and U.S. markets.
“Meblevyi Park began its journey as a supplier of furniture materials and services for the furniture industry. Today, the company operates its own manufacturing facilities, a network of branches in six Ukrainian cities, an engineering department, an export division, and a well-developed logistics system,” said Taras Prystupa, CEO of Meblevyi Park.
During the presentation, the speaker shared practical experience in entering international markets and implementing projects in Poland, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and the United States.
Over the past few years, the company has significantly increased its export performance and developed its own model for working with international clients. Its primary focus has been comprehensive solutions for the hospitality sector, including hotels, apartments, holiday houses, and commercial spaces.
According to Taras Prystupa, international customers are increasingly looking not for individual products but for complete solutions. This is why the company operates on a turnkey basis, providing everything from furniture manufacturing and material supply to logistics support, certification, and on-site installation.
A separate part of the presentation focused on cooperation within the Lviv Furniture Cluster.
“The cluster model creates additional opportunities for export growth through joint participation in international exhibitions, exchange of expertise and contacts, the development of a unified positioning for Ukrainian furniture, and preparation of manufacturers for the requirements of European markets,” noted Taras Prystupa.
He also highlighted national pavilions at international trade fairs as an important tool for promoting Ukrainian manufacturers. Such initiatives allow Ukraine to be presented not as a collection of individual companies, but as a strong and integrated furniture industry capable of delivering comprehensive solutions to international customers.
The key message of the presentation was the need to move beyond competition between individual companies and towards building a collaborative ecosystem for the Ukrainian furniture industry.
“Today, international clients increasingly seek partners capable of delivering a full project cycle — from design and manufacturing to logistics and installation. That is why cooperation between manufacturers, material suppliers, designers, and other industry stakeholders is becoming a critical factor for successful entry into foreign markets,” said Taras Prystupa, CEO of Meblevyi Park.
Taras Prystupa’s presentation became another example of how members of the Lviv Furniture Cluster are not only developing their own businesses but are also creating new opportunities for the entire Ukrainian furniture industry, strengthening its presence on the international stage.
