TULIP Residences Lviv Becomes the Guest Partner of Lviv Design Day 2026
TULIP Residences Lviv has become the guest partner of Lviv Design Day 2026, an event bringing together Ukrainian design, architecture, the furniture industry, and business.
TULIP Residences Lviv is the first aparthotel in Ukraine operating under the international Louvre Hotels Group brand. It opened on July 1, 2025, introducing a new urban accommodation concept to the Ukrainian hospitality market, where hotel services are combined with the comfort and privacy of having your own space.
A hotel designed around urban life
The concept of TULIP Residences Lviv is built around the needs of the modern guest. It is a place not only to stay overnight, but also to work, relax, exercise, take care of everyday needs, and spend time without having to leave the complex.
Each room features a kitchenette, giving guests greater independence and flexibility in their daily routine. The hotel also offers coworking and business areas, conference rooms, a fitness area, SKVER City Café, and a self-service laundry.
Particular attention has been paid to infrastructure. The complex includes a clinic and a bank branch, as well as underground parking, a shelter, and a generator. In front of the hotel, a recreational area and public square have been created, providing an additional public space for both guests and city residents.
A space created by Ukrainian manufacturers
Interior design and furnishing are an important part of the TULIP Residences Lviv concept. The hotel features products from Ukrainian manufacturers, including members of the Lviv Furniture Cluster such as Varenycia, Meblevyi Park, Pikart, FIX union, and other Ukrainian brands.
This is an example of how a contemporary hospitality project can become a platform for Ukrainian design and furniture manufacturing, integrating locally made products into the space of an international hotel brand.
