Ukrainian designers, furniture and decor manufacturers have a unique opportunity to present their brand on the international stage — as part of the joint UKRAINE DESIGN stand at Oslo Design Fair 2025, which will take place from September 1 to 3 in the capital of Norway.
Oslo Design Fair is more than just an exhibition. It is the main meeting point for the Scandinavian community of designers, architects, buyers, and journalists, bringing together over 10,000 industry professionals from across Northern Europe every year. This is where new interior trends emerge, contracts are signed, and brands are launched that later become style icons.
For the first time since the beginning of the full-scale war, Ukraine will present a national stand in this segment — not only showcasing refined Ukrainian design but also making a powerful statement of cultural, economic, and creative presence in a region where quality, sustainability, and meaning come first.
What does a UKRAINE DESIGN stand participant receive?
A full-fledged display within the joint national stand in the premium exhibition hall of Oslo Design Fair
A catalogue of Ukrainian brands in English, distributed among buyers, media, and visitors
PR promotion of the brand: from mentions in press releases and social media to participation in special events of the fair
Logistical, visual, and communication support at every stage of preparation and during the event itself
Who can apply?
We invite manufacturers of designer furniture, lighting, decor, textiles, and accessories who:
Are ready for export and international presence;
Work in the field of sustainable design or have unique design solutions;
Aim to enter the Norwegian market and reach European buyers.
Participation terms:
Contribution for companies wishing to join:
Furniture and lighting: €800–1000
Decor, textiles, accessories: €500–800
This fee covers participation in the stand, organizational and PR costs, catalogue preparation, logistical coordination, and support. Logistics and accommodation are arranged independently by participants.
