Lviv Furniture Cluster Invites You to a Round Table on Digital Transformation for Manufacturing Enterprises

How can you identify which digital solutions your company truly needs? How can you improve production efficiency without unnecessary costs? During this round table, participants will gain answers to these questions, learn about digital maturity assessment tools, and explore business development opportunities supported by international partners.

On June 26, 2026, a round table dedicated to the launch of a new digital transformation project for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Ukraine’s agri-food, textile, furniture, and woodworking sectors will take place in Lviv.

The event will be held at the Lviv Open-Air Museum (Skansen), Visitor Center (1 Chernecha Hora St.) from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM and will bring together representatives of businesses, clusters, industry associations, local authorities, and experts. The project is implemented with the support of UNIDO, while Quality Center LLC serves as the project coordinator.

The initiative is supported by the Lviv Furniture Cluster, WUFIC, U-Food Association, Ivano-Frankivsk IT Cluster, Agrovin Cluster, and the Ukrlegprom Association.

The purpose of the event is to present the opportunities offered by the new project for Ukrainian manufacturing companies, introduce the implementation stages of the program, and discuss practical digital transformation tools that can help enterprises improve efficiency, competitiveness, and resilience.

Agenda Highlights

• Panel discussion: “City, Business, and Digital Transformation: How to Support MSMEs in Practical Change”

• Presentation of the project and opportunities for companies by the UNIDO team and Quality Center LLC

• Discussion of manufacturing digitalization processes, digital maturity assessment, and practical business solutions

• Dialogue on the actual needs of the furniture, woodworking, textile, and agri-food sectors

Among the speakers will be Oksana Straz, Executive Director of the Lviv Furniture Cluster and Development Director of FIX Manufacturing & Design Group. During the second panel discussion, she will share practical experience in production digitalization and discuss the specific needs of furniture and woodworking enterprises on their digital transformation journey.

The event will be valuable for company executives, business owners, production managers, digital transformation specialists, and representatives of enterprises seeking to implement modern digital solutions and improve operational efficiency.

In a world where digitalization is becoming a necessity, it is not enough to simply know about new technologies—it is essential to understand how to apply them effectively within your business. This event offers an opportunity to learn about real digital transformation opportunities for manufacturing enterprises, gain practical insights from experts, and be among the first to discover a new support program for MSMEs.

We invite representatives of furniture and woodworking companies to join the discussion and learn more about the opportunities available through the program.
