The application period is ongoing for the international project “Women Entrepreneurs EU Readiness & Empowerment in Ukraine”, aimed at preparing women entrepreneurs from SMEs to enter European Union markets and strengthen business resilience.
The participation format combines online learning with international exposure through visits to EU business ecosystems. Participation in the program is free of charge.
Women leaders of small and medium-sized enterprises are invited to apply, particularly those operating in the woodworking and furniture manufacturing sectors. The program will be especially valuable for companies that:
The program is practice-oriented and tailored to real business needs. Participants will complete three online training modules focused on entering the EU market, strengthen leadership and management skills in conditions of uncertainty, and implement digital and innovative solutions to enhance business resilience. They will also benefit from professional networking, knowledge exchange, and the opportunity to join a funded visit to EU business ecosystems (for selected participants).
