In today’s environment, Ukrainian businesses are increasingly facing challenges that require not just working harder, but implementing systemic solutions to improve efficiency. With this goal in mind, a practical productivity improvement training for Ukrainian companies will take place on January 14–15.
The event is organized within the framework of the national Diia.Business project with the support of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and relevant government institutions.
The training program is built around practical productivity improvement tools that have long been applied in global manufacturing and industrial practices.
Special emphasis is placed on real-life case studies and hands-on exercises that can be adapted to the conditions of a specific enterprise.

The training will be led by Takao Hayashi, a Japanese consultant with over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and international business. His expertise includes operational improvements, systems management, and continuous improvement approaches.
