The Lviv Furniture Cluster continues its systematic efforts to improve the efficiency of enterprises in the industry and develop managerial competencies. For cluster members, working with Kaizen is not new. Previously, the Cluster organized a dedicated seminar together with Kaizen Institute Ukraine, bringing together furniture manufacturers and managers around continuous improvement, process optimization, and increasing production efficiency.
